Blue Baron offers the following Returns Policy:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization within 30 Days from the Date of purchase. Please call our Customer Service Representative for Instructions at (727) 505-2989.
All Product and Accessory Items will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Customer must pay shipping on all return Items. Custom Built Equipment and Heat Exchangers are subject to a No Return / No Refund Policy and will be covered under our Warranty Guidelines for repair and replacement of Parts.

All Heat Exchangers have a one year Manufacturers Warranty. There will be a $600 Deductable and the Customer will pay shipping to the Factory Shop. This Warranty does not include the Mishandling, Tampering, Cutting Open the Housing, Freezing or Modification / Structual changes made to said Heat Exchanger, which will void the Warranty.
